Join Michelle Wen Sunday afternoons for beginning wheel and some chill, fun vibes!

This is an eight week beginning wheel class. No experience required. We will cover the basics of creating ceramic forms on the wheel and simple glazing techniques. Current students must have their own clay, we will send notification when clay is available to purchase for the Winter 2021 session. All clays except sculpture and terra cotta are appropriate for wheel work.

Classes will be held indoors. Due to the economic impact of Covid 19 on small businesses giving refunds is not possible right now. Please only register if you are most certain you will be able to take the class or not mind having the class deferred to a later date in case an unexpected state-wide shutdown occurs. Everyone must wear a mask, wheels will be socially distanced and sanitizing products will be readily available.

Each student will get two 2.5 hour time slots of open studio each week.
