Join Kay on Monday mornings for pottery throwing on the wheel!

This is an eight week beginner wheel class. Learn the basics of throwing on the wheel from coning, to centering, to opening and pulling and finishing through trimming, decorating, and glazing. No experience is required to take this class, all are welcome.

Current students must have their own clay, we will send notification when it is time to purchase for the upcoming session. Your clay will be at the studio on your first day of class. All clays except sculpture and terra cotta are appropriate for wheel work. Tools are not included, you can purchase tool kits on the website or bring your own.

Each student will get up to two 2.5 hour time slots of open studio each week.

Class meets Mondays at 9am on the following dates:
1/2, 1/9, 1/16, 1/23, 1/30, 2/6, 2/13, 2/20

Due to the economic impact of Covid 19 on small businesses giving refunds is not possible right now. Please only register if you are most certain you will be able to take this class.
